Carys and Rhodri started their wedding morning off in at Crug Glas with the boys in the cottage and the girls in the luxury bridal suit in the main house. They got married in Croesgoch Chapel with a few showers of rain but by the time the ceremony ended there was a deep blue sunny sky awaiting us. Once everyone had said their congratulations we headed back to Crug Glas for the reception. The venue looked beautiful as always with a bike theme which was pulled off with elegance. I particularly loved the table plan which was a vintage bike wheel. If you haven't guessed it yet Carys and Rhodri love cycling and in particular on a tandem, If that doesn't suggest a perfect match I don't know what else would. This wedding was full with smiles, laughter & merriment all around. After the delicious food and speeches Carys and Rhodri escaped to Porthgain Harbour for some intimate photos. Rhodri proposed to Carys on the hill above the Harbour so with it being just a five minute drive away from Crug Glas it was the perfect spot. The Dj called the Bride & Groom onto the dance floor through a tunnel of the guests and they danced the night away with a short stop for sparkler fun outside. Rhodri's brother Alun, the bestman, band also played through the night. The bride walked down the aisle while Alun played a song on the guitar which was a lovely personal touch.
